Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this site, 18+ to purchase long guns and ammunition, and 21+ to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition, subject to federal, Mississippi, and your local law.

Firearm orders and transfers

Firearms are never shipped to a residence. They ship to C&M Tactical or to the licensed FFL dealer you select at checkout.
Every firearm transfer requires a completed ATF Form 4473 and a passed background check in person at pickup. A denied or delayed background check is not a breach by us.
NFA items (suppressors, SBRs) require ATF approval before transfer. Items are held until approval.
The receiving dealer may charge its own transfer fee.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. Availability reflects our network of distributors and can change between browsing and ordering; if an item sells out before we can fulfill it, we'll cancel that line and refund it in full.

Returns

Firearms cannot be returned once transferred. Defects are handled through the manufacturer's warranty; we'll help.
Ammunition is not returnable.
Unopened accessories and optics may be returned within 30 days in original condition.

Memberships

Paid memberships bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime; benefits end at the close of the paid period. Member pricing applies while signed in and is not combinable with other discounts unless stated. Giveaways have published official rules; no purchase necessary where required by law.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
